Vision by design property styling specialise in home staging and presenting properties for sale, from stunning photos to impeccable open home viewings our aim when styling your property for sale is to highlight it’s best features whilst minimising any objections a buyer may have. Our vision is to create an immediate emotional response as a buyer walks through the front door.

First impressions are often lasting impressions. This is even more applicable when it comes to selling property in Sydney’s competitive marketplace. Our team carefully selects individual pieces of furniture and artwork with your buyer demographic in mind, highlighting areas of value and masking any distractions.
What we do
OUR PROCESS
1.QUOTATION
During your complimentary quotation, we will evaluate your property objectively and discuss the types of furniture appropriate to your property and to achieve your desired outcome. Within 48 hours you will receive a thorough quotation and a list of steps we advise you to take before styling.
2.ACCEPTANCE
A tax invoice will be made accessible to you after you approve our quotation and agree to our terms and conditions. Although we generally welcome at least one week's notice, at busy times our lead time for furniture installation can frequently be up to ten working days.
3.INSTALLATION
On installation day, our truck will arrive full of beautiful furniture and homewares. The items will be moved into your property, with a stylist ensuring the finer details are flawless. Installations can take anywhere from 3 - 6 hours. The items will remain in your home for a minimum hire
period of 6 weeks.
4.COLLECTION
Prior to the end of the hire period, our team will liaise with you or your realestate agent to arrange a suitable day for us to collect our furnishings.
